Food recommendations
Can anyone recommend good food for my Lemon Tetras, Harlequins, Cories and Bolivian Rams?

Hmm, thats a tough one because cories like food that sinks, rams need to be fed a variaty of food, and the rasporas and tetras eat off the top. I feed my cories betta bites(pellets) but i just make sure they sink. The rams should be fed a variety of stuff like frozen bloodworms, and frozen brine shrimp aswell as flaked food. The harlies and tetras will eat staple flaked food. The cories will eat the pellets, and the rams will eat everything probably(i don't know, i have never kept them). Good luck.

I've noticed that frozen bloodworms sink like a stone, so I'm sure your bottom dwellers would appreciate those.
Variety is always best!

My tanks contain various fish so they are fed "a la carte". Some choose to have one or two items from column A and/or B. In this manner, everyone is happy, not overfed and I don't have to worry about malnutrition.

variety, variety, variety.
i too have many different feeders in my tanks. i just feed a variety menu. I give brine shrimp/bloodworms/krill/spirulina for the middle feeders, flakes for the tops, and sinking wafers for the bottom dwellers. funny thing is, they all sample a little of everything. |

Your corys will go nuts for shrimp pellets, and my Bolivian rams enjoy them too. All your fish will like everything else that was suggested too.

Like the others have mentioned, variety is best. I feed flakes (OSI regular and Spirulina), sinking pellets (bio-blend tropical), sinking shrimp pellets (mainly for cories), and algae wafers (bristlenose, ottos, cories, and even the bolivian ram).
Also, I give either frozen bloodworms or brine shrimp once a week.

ok cool.. I have bought flake (rasboras are liking these) and crispy flake things (tetras are gobbling these up like crazy), and shrimp pellets for the cories. I am going to buy some bloodworms and brine shrimp this weekend.
