Fresh water shrimp, and Crabs

Hello everyone,

I am wanting to raise shrimp and crab and any other form of seafood I can for my family to eat. Any ideas what kind of fish, shrimp, crab ext I can do in fresh water. I am horrible with salt water tanks. So now I am keeping it to fresh water animals only. I have no idea which breeds to look for. So thought this was the right place to come and ask questions. Since that is what the form is for. If anyone can help me out please let me know thanks so much Blessings to all.

we have a shoe string budget we will have about 50-100 a month for supplies and what not so would have to be a cheaper way to do things. I have kiddie pools around 6 of them the rubber ones that you blow up that is couple feet deep and 4 or 5 foot in size. It is nice sized though. And some of the plastic ones that I got for cheap online. I want to fill them all up with seafood and fish for us to harvest this fall and or winter
