A couple of days ago I noticed that there is somekind of froth on the surface of my tank. Do you have any idea how this thing has been formed and is it bad/harmful for my fish????
Thank you in advance!!!

It doesn't have to be bad.
What water conditioner do you use?
Do you add anything else to the water?
Stress coat has been known to cause that effect.
Stress Coat® - API

P.S. I used to have that problem with the stress coat, stress zyme I used to use now I use Seachem Prime. It doesn't have that effect.
Seachem. Prime

Well, so that's the reason, I use Stress Coat that's why. Thank you very much. I'm gonna change it immediately.

That's probably it.
The foam won't hurt anything so if you use up the stress coat you have it's not a problem.
When you change conditioners it should go away after a few water changes.
