Frozen food

Hi, I've just received some frozen food through the post and it's totally defrosted, is it safe to put back in the freezer and use? Or would it be best to bin it. Thanks Lesley

I would open it enough to smell. If it just smells like raw seafood it should be ok to refreeze. If it smells rotten I would bin it. OS.

I checked it and it's just fishy! I've put it in the freezer but I'm going to double check when I go to use it and if I'm still unsure I'll throw it out.
