Frozen food really safe?

The freezing process actually kills parasites. This is why its only legal to sell sashimi that was frozen first in the us. It's quite safe to use frozen foods.
 
I've used frozen food daily for the past 2 years and haven't had any issues. So I agree that it is safe.

I thought freezing would kill most anything, but I had a problem with internal parasites a while back. Just trying to nail down the cause. I quit serving frozen food because I thought it might be the culprit.
 
It was actually last year, so I really don't recall. I lost a pleco & a ram. Honestly not even sure what it was, but they had white, stringy poop. Their bellies were sunken in as well.
