frozen peas-are they o k to feed?

I used some frozen peas to give to the fish for the fist time. I put them on a metal skewer ( wish I would have thought about putting a string on it) The barbs Started poking at them right away. Left them in over night they don't look touched. I have a lg pleco,thought it would have a go at them. Maybe next time. But are the frozen veggies ok to use?

They are used as a treatment for bloat. They are just fine, but skin them first.

I fish love peas. I pinch the skins off first.

Yep perfectly fine. Like already posted,peel of the skin first.
