gammarus food ?

is anyone using wardley gammarus as a supplement food? The reason I ask is that the description is "SUN DRIED gammarus" but I noticed that the container is full of something alive... I don't know if they are "alive" gammarus or some kind of worm or something that has contaminated the container......

Something has contaminated the container....it should contain nothing but sun-dried shrimp corpses....all very deceased.
