German blue ram larva, ~80 hours post fertilization @ 80 degrees, 40x magnification.
@13 seconds (and beyond) you can see the heart beating; look between the yolk sac (the big yellow oval) and the head.
@49 seconds you can see blood flow; watch the space where the yolk sac ends and the body tapers to the tail. You can just make out blood flowing into the yolk sac.
