GE "aquarium" bulbs at Home Depot - Aquarium Advice

Are the GE "plant & aquarium" bulbs found at Home Depot, and Walmart the GE 9325K that I read about here?

If not has anyone tried them?

I checked GE.com and could not find any info on the [acronym:71bd68a0b8="Kelvin or Potassium, depending on context"]K[/acronym:71bd68a0b8] rating for these bulbs (at bottom of page):

I have used Phillips Alto series Plant Bulbs from Home Depot and Sylvania Plant bulbs. Both work well in my plant holding tanks. The color is a bit more yellow than I would like, so I don't use them in my show tanks.

I have GE aquarium bulbs. I cannot conclusively prove they are 9325k, but they are the same pink/purple color as my official 9325K power compacts.

Either way, they grow plants.
