Looks like a couple of girl to me. Give them a few weeks to get settled in and eating a good diet and their colors will come out more.

+1 looks like two females the pink coloration on their abdomen means they are females.

I'm gonna try to get one male and hopefully rehome a female if/when a pair developes

Just be warned that just because male and female fish are together won't mean they will pair :)

Same thing happened to me but it was maybe 3 weeks later but they ate all their young. It's takes them some time to learn to be good parents.

Yup same here. They haven't laid eggs in awhile and the guy chases the girl almost constantly so I wonder if they like broke up :/ cuz I heard they can do that

You can also tell by their dorsal fins. The rounded one is a female, while sharp edged is the male...

Those fins are also black on a female

True but I'm referring to the back of the dorsal fin. See where it's drawn in red outline? Males have a sharp corner, while the females is rounded. I was able to sex my pair even as juvies with this method. It's hard to tell by color when they are young and even stressed when you're at the LFS trying to net them out the tank.

As adults those black spikes do become more prominent. However, another pair of Rams I had (m/f) had almost identical dorsal fin spikes toward the front as juvies. Only when they matured, the males became more noticeable.
