Ghost Shrimp and Glass Shrimp

Are Ghost Shrimp and Glass Shrimp the same thing or different species?

They are the same. However, there's multiple species that get lumped into the ghost /glass shrimp category.

+1^ exactly the same thing But all have same color/look basically........all are cheap however

Yes that's the scientific name of the ones I was looking at. So they will be fine in any tank, just perhaps be eaten themselves but not eat fish.

Yes. They won't eat fish (except maybe dead ones) but the fish will eat them.

Is it ok to mix shrimp or will something like a red cherry shrimp eat the glass ones?

Shrimp will rapidly eat dead fish, but I never saw them eat live fish. My angels finished off the last of my ghost shrimp...
