Getting a bit off subject here, but one of those most memorable, beautiful sights I've ever seen was a field buzzing with hundreds of fire flies. Just amazing (don't have them in Finland, it was on a trip to Canada years ago).

They don't glow like fireflies do. They just have this super bright neon strip (er, the ones I saw). Er, they don't glow in the dark- how about that for an answer? But they look glow-ish =o)
