Glow fish vs Glow Light fish

Hi, can somebody please explain what are the fundamental differences between these 2 types of fish?
I know glowfish owners can take a bad rap for owning something genetically modified but what’s up with the glowlights

Not to sound rude but the difference helps, It's GloFish and Glowlight fish(tetras), GloFish are fish with bright neon colors and Glowlights are a tetra with an orange neon stripe in them but however it wasn't altered like GloFish.
