Going on vacation - things to know?

Hi all, I am going to be going on vacation for a few weeks this December and I was wondering what are the things people do to take care of their aquariums while they are gone.

I usually just have someone feed sparingly. The key is to make sure they don't overfeed. I usually setup pre-defined portions and have them feed every other day.
