gold severum being wierd

i Have a female gold severum in my tank with angelfish, and since i got my angelfish she has been acting wierd, she will be straight up and down and flick her fins and when she is doing this one specific angelfish will come over and check her bottom area out. Is she trying to mate with one of my angelfish?? and if so is it even possible??????

Its possibly trying to show the angelfish that that general area is its territory and get it back off. Maybe try to provide more hiding spots so that both cichlids can claim a territory of its own.
