Golden Barbs

Hi, so my 5 golden barbs have been destroying my plants. I had head this could happen but sort of thought it would be no big deal... Now I see it is. Is there anything I can do to help my plants without relocating the Golden barbs?

You may need to look at more hardier plants. Then again, golden barbs can get large (4") which may lead to more boisterous activity and destructive behavior.

I think Fresh2o is right. Tougher plants such as java fern and anubias might do better with them.

Pretty fish. I've wanted to keep a large school in a big tank.
