Aquarium Advice Apprentice
So I have a beloved Fantail named Fanny. I just added a black moore to her tank he had be in QT for three weeks no issues. At first they acted like puppys sniffing rears and all. Fanny kept "nuzzling the black mooore (Smudge) But now Smudge won't leave Fanny alone. It looks like he is nibbling her sides, always trying to get his face right up to her rear and chasing her around. She is about twice his size. Is this normal behaivor or am I gonna have some serious mutt goldfish or are they going to kill eachother. I thought that since goldies are social I was doing them a favor by getting them "friends" Its a 45 gallon tank for goodness sakes.! Thanks!
