Goldie id?...(with fuzzy pic)

This fish is doing well and has been for 1.5 years or so.The owner asked me what it was exactly? (don't know).... and how big might it get?(no clue).

But I told him I know people who do know

Looks like a standard Comet Goldfish.

The tail looks doubled (or is that a blur??). If it is double tailed, then a generic metallic fantail (6-8").

Could be a comet (12" & up!) but the tail orientation & size is not right.

yeah thats looks exactly like my fantail, really cool fish. Mine is in a 30 gallon with some mollies etc. Eventually fantails should be in larger tanks because they get fairly large.

minimum 20 gal for 1 fantail, 30 gal for 2.
