Hello,
I am looking for a good, cheap powerhead for a 55gallon freshwater tank that I can buy at petco. I just tried the Aqueon 900 Circulation pump and it is waaaaaaayyyyyyy to strong. I was thinking of trying the 550 next, but I am concerned it may be to weak. The 700 also scares me, because i think that one may be to strong too. I am really only needing a powerhead because I am getting 2 hillstream loaches and I read that they need a current. i also have some rainbows that I guess would benefit from a current but they don't need one. so what is a good, cheap powerhead that I can buy at petco for a 55 gallon tank? I was thinking this one, your opinions?
