the filter doesnt have to be very strong,its just going to be a fry tank/qt if i buy fish that can live in it for a while

If everything is working properly it would be a good deal. I'd ask the seller for some pictures of it running before buying

since its like still in the box,i donmt think the seller would run it. but since id pick it up i can check to make sure its in good condition
