Good deal?

So i'm able to get all this stuff from some one for €40,- Is it a good deal?
-Juwel 54l tank with hood and lighting
-heater
- 2 x superfish aqua flow 100
- gravel and some plants and wood
- 11 neons
- about 6 guppies
- a few SAE and a small albino pleco
-and some things like a buckit amd a hose to syphon.

Well the neons are like 1 euro each and a heater something like 15 so i guess its a good deal

Well I bought it and I think im gonna try to sell the fish and get a shrimp colony going
