The science department at my school let me take home an old 150. The thing is really grimy. What should I use to clean it? I'll attach a picture.

I haven't had to clean out a tank that bad but I think most people say plain vinegar and elbow grease work best. Good Luck! Let us see how it all turns out.

Wow, lucky you!
I've cleaned up some pretty grimy tanks with just white vinegar and water. For tough spots, soak a paper towel in vinegar and lay it on the area. Let it sit for a while and the gunk should wipe of pretty easily. Use a razor blade (carefully) if needed. Rinse with plenty of water when you're done.

What are the dimensions? Nice find btw!
Should be 48"x24"x30" iirc.
