Gourami bugging platy

K so I have a 5 gallon with a platy a dwarf gourami and a otocinclus.the gourami is nipping the platy and stressing him out.anything I can add or do to stop the gourami?

+1 your tank is a little small, gourami's should be in a 10G minimum IMO

Ok and do bettas and gouramis and platys get together fine

As always it depends my LFS has dwarf gouramis and a Betta they get along.

There are always exceptions, but generally the most probable outcome is no they wont get along. You can try it anyway, but overall it probably wont be a positive outcome.
I think DGs are too big for 5gs, but bettas and platties will probably get along better. Mine always did, maybe the platy would occasionally nip the bettas fins
