Gourami doing headstands

I have a male dwarf gourami that suddenly couldn't swim very well and then was always swimming against heaters and the filter intake valve. He then developed white spots or lumps on his body. This has all happened in the last 24 hours. I now see that a Dalmation Mollie seems to be having trouble swimming. HELP!
I have him in a quarantine tank now.

i would say the white spots are larger than that, They seem more like pimples, There seems to be some swelling under each white spot,
