Gourami sick

My dwarf gourami is sick from my mistake yesterday he's bouncing on the bottom what do I do

I switched from fake to live and I started a mini cycle and he couldn't hang on

I was trying to make things better with putting in live... I guess its better to do it now before I start my 500 gallon

There's no reason removing fake plants and adding live plants would cause any kind of cycle. You might want to investigate further because I highly doubt that was the cause.

No it was cause I moved the gravel around and stirred a bunch of things up

But you left the same filter media in right? It shouldn't have done a mini cycle IME.
