If it has the BioFlow 600 then it is rated by the manufacturer at 600 liters per hour. So ~158.5 gallons per hour.

You are getting about three times tank turn over from that filter. Typical "rule of thumb" is 4-6 times if conservatively stocked and 6-10 times if moderately-heavily stocked. So, while what you have is not the end of the world if you are lightly stocked and you feel the tank has adequate flow, I would consider upgrading the filter.

I've started another thread with the ones I can afford and I think would be ok for my tank
