Hey guys, in chat the other day I came across this article. The guy seems to know what he's talkin about, and apparently he's done some scientific tests on many fish foods. Definitely worth a look. Apparently I already bought a great food! But also feeding the same thing every day isn't good. Can anyone confirm the validity of the article? He goes through a ton of stuff, but the "results/recommendations" are at the bottom of the page.
