Green water tint

My tank is about 3 weeks old and still going through it's first cycle. Currently my water has a green tint. It looks green from the side but straight on it looks clear. I'm confused.

Could it simply be the glass? Glass tends to have a green tint. Just a thought

That's what I was thinking. Maybe it's the reflection. I was thinking of getting a background and seeing if that would help

Somewhat, just need to keep doing water changes until the wood has released all of it and it wont tint the water anymore, can take a while
