I have two senegal bichirs one common and one albino....when i bought them, they where about the same size (the albino a bit smaller) but since then the common one has become a lot bigger...the albino is eating regularly and is not being bullied by anyone so i cannot understand why he is not growing up as the other! any opinions??

Different sex might have something to do with it. Different genetics. Albinos typically stay smaller than the commons.
