I just noticed one of my guppies have a small hole/rip in the middle of his fin. What could this mean?

Sometimes they get torn just from swimming, or it could have cut it on something in the tank, or another fish could have bit it. I don't know what your other stock is so I couldn't say for sure, but I'd add some melafix or pimafix just in case (as long as these don't interfere with any of your stock)

All I have are four male guppies and I haven't really seen any aggression with any of them. Thank you!!

You may not have seen the aggression but it doesn't mean it didn't happen ! Male guppies can be extremely nippy with eachother, id add some females.

Unless you are able to rehome babies constantly I wouldn't get any females.
