You probably have too many fish in your tank. Also, the pellets you bought for your frogs, your frogs probably aren't eating. It's something a lot of places sell you. They are actually carnivores and eat blood worms and brine shrimp. Instead of feeding flakes you could feed all your fish (the tetras and guppies will eat them too) the frozen blood worms. You can get them at any pet store and if you cut a cube in half or make sure you take the rest out after about 10 minutes, thaw the blood worms out in a cup that is either a throw away cup or you won't use for anything else, then do that. It's high in protein and it'll help keep all your fish healthy. It's what your frogs are supposed to eat. Just make sure you take the rest out or that will also cause an ammonia spike.
