Guppies and Apple Snails

I have a rectangular 30l tank with guppies and apple snails. Both breeding like rabbits.

1. How do I tell when the snails will lay eggs?

2. How do I know when the guppy will give birth?

2. the guppy's fat belly will square up, then she will hide.

1. The pregnant snail will go to the top of the tank where there is not water and lay these white ish clusters if you want them to hatch you cannot let them touch the water and they must have enough humidity

Thanks, but the guppy never hid...and her belly wasn't that much fatter than it was before birth??

Thanks, but the female snails are laying their clusters in the water and in small clusters everywhere... Not one cluster at top above water line... Counted 20 clusters and stopped...
