Being that your tank is only a week old, I would hold off on getting any more fish as you are probably in the middle of a cycle. 7.0 for a ph is just fine for most fish. I haven't had whiteclouds for years, I know they prefer cooler water, but I think 76 should be ok for now.
Correct me if I am wrong here but it doesn't sound like you are too excited about the guppies. Do a little research and find some fish that you would really like to have that will do well in the 25.
Before you do anything else, get yourself a test kit for ammonia, nitrites and nitrates. And once your tank has cycled, slowly add the fish you want. HTH.

I think Guppies are beautiful... however the downside is they may not do well with other small fish. Having an easy time is important too.

I love the look and behavior of Harlequin Rasboras. I think you could have a nice school of 5 in your tank with no problem. I agree with Meredith however, that you should hold off on adding more fish until you have cycled. AA has a great article on the Nitrogen cycle that you should understand. HTH

well your title mentions barbs but your post does not.
for the record, guppies and tiger barbs should not be kept together...the barbs will shred the fins of the male guppies.
