Guppy looks like it is booking it's guts out

My fish has something in her butthole. It does not look like worms (or at least anything I've seen in my fish before). It looks like her anus is enlarged, like it's stretching sround this flesh thing that is coming out. It is not poop, as she poops through that thing. Should I be worried?
My water levels got very poor for a few days, but I fixed it. A few weeks after, I noticed this. She is about 5 or 6 months old, if that has any significance.
Her mother died during birth, also. He had one batch of 4 fish and still looked really big and it seemed like she was getting bigger and then a few months later, she gave birth to 7 more and died, although I'm sure there would've been more to come. Not sure if that has any significance either.
I'm kind of new at this! I've only had my fish tank for about a year, so I'm kind of inexperienced. I would appreciate all the help I can get. I'm really starting to worry about her.
Oh, one more thing, I originally bought 3 females for a 10 gallon tank, not intending to add any more in. Well I didnt know that two of them were already pregnant, and I ended up with more fish than I bargained for. Now I'm way overstocked with 14 fish! 10 semi-adults and 4 fry and I don't know what to do with them! I went to my pets store and they said they could take take them in. I can't buy a new fish tank, aso I already have a betta fish in another 10 gallon tank taking up room in my crammed little house, so I'm not sure what to do. It's not like I can stick some of themy in with the headphones betta. Help!
