How do I get rid of it it is taking over my tank

It is a 125 and has a plain light strip the light is on about 10h a day is there any stuff I can use to get red of it

lights should be about 8 hours from what ive read to help reduce algae growth.

How much and how often do you feed? WC schedule? Unless you address the cause, it's just going to come back
