Hair algae? How to remove

It's hard to tell, but is it on the glass? Are those live plants or plastic? You can try removing it manually for the most part, wipe down the glass, and if plastic plants, wipe them off too. If they are live plants, you can remove a few leaves that have them the worst. Otherwise, just frequent water changes to hinder the algae from growing.
