Harlequin Rasbora
One of my four new Harlequin Rasbora's has been hanging out in the back of my tank about an inch from the surface of the water not doing much but holding the same location. It will occasionally pic at a food flake that drifts by but not much more than that. Do you think it will eventually be the "Porcelain Vortex" for this guy or what?

Check your pH level and Ammonia level...it sounds like it might be ammonia poisoning...also take a look at the gills of the fish if they are really red or even bleeding slightly...does the fish gasp at the surface from time to time? how long has this been going on by the way.

Things are looking better. He was up there for about a week but yesterday he started to move around and is now back schooling with the other three. I knew it was not ammonia or pH since I have tested for them.
