Iv just finished a bottle of seachem prime it was clear and smelt like garlic.
Iv just opened a new bottle and it smells like sulphur and has small black speckles in. Have they changed their formula or is it a bad batch?

Only bought one lot of prime as I stopped using it, but mine smells sulphur, and as far as I remember the forums I read at the time said it would too.

Can't say for sure, haven't been doing this long, but the sulphur smell is normal

Ok thanks guys, any thoughts on why my last bottle smelt of garlic lol

I think someone mentioned this a few months ago. Sulfur, which is in Prime as liquid form, crystallizes when exposed to air. The crystal form smells bad. So no, the ingredients in Prime have not been changed, but one of the ingredients simply changed form.
