I ordered some guppies from my local pet shop and got these..can someone tell me what they are?

Ok thanks guys. I am new to keeping guppies. The other females I have are half that size and more colourful with smaller fins. And my male guppies seem to ignore them.

It could just be pale from the stress of being moved around. They should color up as they settle in.

Those may be younger than your new one.

There are some colorful female guppies that tend to be larger but many are smaller n less colorful like the ones you have.

Thanks for the replies I am new to keeping fish and have a small tank to see how its goes (10gallon) guppies was suggested on this site to to the easy nature to look after. I hope I have made the right choice if all goes well in 6 to 12 mths I will by a bigger tanks. Maybe 65 gallon (300 litres)

So this is a new tank? Did you cycle it first (letting it run empty doesn't cycle it)? You might want to read these:

Yes, was about a month before putting 3 fish in and then another 3 two weeks later. I do tests one the water every 3 days. Ammonia, ph, no2 and no3.
