Hazey glass on inside

Just curious what causes tank to get hazey on inside of glass that almost look kinda like a wet film.(very noticeable when looking thru side of tank and looking at front glass. After scrubbing with a tank sponge on a stick and doing a water change it comes back right away.. Not sure why this is.. My tank is cycled and has been up and running for months now.. I use a master test kit and all numbers are dead on target..

Meant to say it looks good for a day or two and than comes back to look hazey

Is this normal? Its a pain in the neck to be cleaning that 3x a week
