Help dying cory?

Just treated my angelfish with interpet fin rot and fungus treatment now my cory is sat at the back in a plant on his side only his eyes moving I got my net and went towards him and not a single flinch given I only just remembered that some medicines are bad on Cory's is he dying please help

I think the best you can do is keep him in his own tank with pristine water until you're done treating your angel.
