Help- feeding pkg brine shrimp mix??

What is the best way to feed a package of Brine Shrimp Mix to the fish in my tank. The food in the packaging is like a goo.

Should I mix it with water?
Should I just squeeze it from the packing onto my plants/deco for the fish to eat?

I have 1 Discus, 4 kissing fish, 1 Bala shark and 2 striped peacock eels in a 36g tank.
