Hiya all, Todays problem is :

My wifes friend has started a new setup.
its a 70 liter tank which has been running for a little over two weeks with "TapSave" added.

Yesterday she added six young fish and a live plant, today when she checked
the tank it had a very dense mist/fog

She's done nothing apart from adding the fish & plant.
has anyone got any idea whats going on ?? could it be the plant ?? I've included pictures of both the tank & plant....

in that young a tank the cloudiness is usually from the dust in the gravel , might take the filter a bit to clean it out. they do have tank clear for new tanks but some people including myself are iffy on adding chemicals to the tank

Whats the cure for this syndrome (if thats what it is) or do we just leave it? doee it clear by its self ?

Partial changes will help, both my tanks had this when I started, it ,ll clear up :)

Wait it out. It's just the bacteria in the tank establishing themselves. Most of the tank's I've set up have done the same thing. In 1-2 weeks tops you should never see it again.
