Help me identify this fish!

Hi!
I'm trying to figure out what kind of fish I have in my tank, place I got it from said it was a polka dot loach but there's no way. If anyone could help me figure it out I'd appreciate it. Its about 2 inches long and hasnt grown much in the past 2 months in which I had it.

I believe it is a loach... Maybe not though... Google "Garra Rufas"...

aren't garra rufa fish the ones that eat the dead skin on your feet?
i wouldn't stick your feet in the tank, if i were you though! haha
