Hey experts!
I need a little help. I have 3 Kissing gourami who I thought were getting along pretty well and challenging each other daily. They interlock their lips and shake each other. today I noticed that their mouths are all bloody-dark red to dark pink-when they are done. Neither of them seem to be sick and i know they have lots of sharp teeth inside those big lips so they are cutting each other. They both go back to eating afterward. Should I be worried that we could get some bacterial infection going on or am I just being a "mother fish"?:(:fish2::brows:

They should not be kept together. The "kissing" is actually aggression.

kissing Groumies, like any other species of Groumies, males shouldnt be togther, and Groumies should be kept singly. if you have a male/female pair by luck then that may work. but 3 ( moreso likly males ) wont work. and how big is this tank? kissing Groumies can and will get big ( around 8-12 inches )
