Help needed

The water getting cloudy white is most likely a bacteria bloom. Unfortunately, your tank is not cycled, otherwise I'd recommend skipping a water change until it clears up.
However, skipping a water change in an un-cycled tank will likely kill your fish.

So, first thing I recommend is getting a broad spectrum test kit, but if not, at least one that tests nitrite and ammonia.
Read up on fish-in cycling.
