I'm guessing its a bacterial bloom. It should go away on its own. I'd do small water changes daily.
What is your tank size? Any fish? And water parameters?

It use to be white bluish but now it is becoming little brownish. Tank size is 10gallons.

What type(s) of filtration are you using? It may be that your filter is clogged.

Another idea....
Have you added any ornaments? Like a peice of driftwood? This in conjunction with a bacterial bloom could look like a brown cloud
