I had another tread asking questions about set up but I wanted to ask some more questions.
Do you have to use sand if so can I use play sand if I wash it really well?
Right now I have small gravel mixed with floramax because my husband and I want all live plants in the tank.
The other question is will the plants grow well in sand if I have to switch the substrate?
My puffers are suppose to be in on Friday so if I need to make changes I want to do it before they get here.
