What is all dis mean and is it ok for a new tank

Sorry water temp is 27.5 have 6 small malawi cichlids and 2 bigger convict cichlids and 2 small and have 2 talking catfish and a algae eater 2 plants and 100 l or 29 Gal tanks all the fish ar happy and full of live give them tetra pro ones a day and Bloodworms onse a week thanks for the time to look at my aquarium

The 6-in-1 strip doesn't measure ammonia, and that's a critical indicator. You can get a small pack of ammonia strips from Tetra at your LFS or nearby Petco/Petsmart. The other numbers look fine to me.
