How many people here make there own food? I would love some recipe ideas, I kind of want to try and make my own fish food.

I just read the ingredients of some frozen fish food and went to seafood places around town asking for stuff that they were throwing out, usually they said yes. My fishes favorite is a mixture of grinded whole talapia, shrimp and veggies. Every once in a while I'd throw salmon in there too. My entire freezer is filled with gross lookin green stuff!

In the past I made a mixture of... spinach, beef heart, cod, clover sprouts and something starchy to hold it all together. I kept it frozen, the main problem with it was that as soon as it hit the water it would start to come apart.
